Russian Chess Federation announces an international jubilee tourney, dedicated to the upcoming 90th anniversary of the outstanding Russian composer Yakov Vladimirov.
The competition is held in the following sections:
– #2, judge A. Kuzovkov (Moscow Region);
– #3, judge I. Agapov (Izhevsk);
– #n, judge O. Efrosinin (Volgograd);
– H# (in 2-3 moves), judge B. Shorokhov (Moscow Region);
– S#, judge A. Stepochkin (Tula);
– Eg studies, judge O. Pervakov (Moscow).
Compositions, no more than two from one author in each section, including collective ones, should be sent to the e-mail of the executive director of the competition, Valery Gurov, e-mail: valery_gurov@mail.ru, before 22 July 2025.
Preliminary award - no later than 01 Oct 2025.
The final award - no later than 01 Nov 2025.
