What is the retro with the largest number of determined captures?

Hi there!

I originally posted this question under https://chess.stackexchange.com/questions/46836/position-with-largest-number-of-completely-determined-captures on chess.se, but Hauke Reddmann suggested that I might have better luck at finding an answer here.

Do any of you here happen to know what the largest number of completely determined captures can be in a pure "Release the position"-retro? That is, we are only given the diagram position and no additional information whatsoever. (I am aware of Labelle's SPG massacre in 19.0 moves.) For the purposes of the question I am counting a capture to be completely determined iff both the types and the previous locations of the two pieces involved are determined.

The highest number that I am aware of is 13 (!), which is achieved in this beautiful composition by Harry Goldsteen
(= 6+13 )

which I learned about from Thomas Brand's blog here https://www.thbrand.de/2022/08/14/retro-der-woche-332022/.

Does any other retro beat this achievement? Do others come close? Also, if you know how to establish a nontrivial upper bound on this number, I would also be very interested.

Thanks for any information on this!
