Crazy times when anyone can announce World Championship

This is becoming ridiculous.

"Chess Federation for Composing and Solving of Chess Compositions of the Republic of Tatarstan" just yesterday announced on the SuperProblem website "First 2024 World Chess Composition Championship (Composing) among boys and girls under 9 years old (2017-2018), under 11 years old (2015-2016), under 13 years old (2013-2014), boys and girls under 15 years old (2011-2012p), under 17 years old (2009-2008), under 19 years old (2007-2006), juniors and juniors under 21 years old (2005-2004), under 23 years old (2003-2002)"

Another world championship for children and youth. Organized by regional organization without any WFCC involvement, in country that is actively attacking other country and for that reason is under active sanctions by WFCC.

The dates are ridiculous as well. Acceptance of compositions - until December 30, 2024, then until January 30, 2025 - publication of the results.

The main judge is well known chess composition enthusiast International Grandmaster, Judge of the 1st category Yulia Olegovna Mashinskaya... oh wait. Director of the World Championship is L. Yarosh of the orthodox moremover Babson fame, but lending his name to such a dubious affair is sorrowful.

Famous Genrikh Kasparyan Memorial Tournament 1997 was announced as "the First World Championship for Endgames", held by Netherlands company STES.
How many are valuable such private World championships?
In OTB Chess at time 1992-93 three "World" champions are announced.
Fischer was announced as WCh by Jugoskandik bank from Yugoslavia,
when he defeated Spassky in practically exhibitional match.
Then Kasparov left from FIDE 1993 and run his private" World Championship" over short-lived PCA. After all, Kasparov wanted reintegration in FIDE between 2001-2004 when he saw self-mistake but- it was impossible!
Only FIDE have authority to organize official World Championships by 1948. Karpov maybe was not the best player at period 1993-99, but only he may be recognized as WCh by World community officially.
Kasparov was the best rated player at same period, but his WCh title has private character however. He was champion of body which he found and leaded together with his several partners. He used group the interesents for personal promotion and fight against FIDE.
When Kramnik became" WCh" 2000 it was "Classic" World Chess Championship. Really, he was champion the group of people known as "Brain Games Association", another clear private organization.
It was tragedy why FIDE had not adequate World Championship over 1999-2004 period?
They organized several knock-out system tournaments, which really not deserve to be considered as World championships.
It was absurd situation at 1999-2005 period- private Chess champion has more reasons to be considered as real WCh in order to official (FIDE) champion.

Who have authority to organize World Solving or composing championships? As FIDE is gov.body for Chessplayers, so WFCC exist as community of delegates from countries which have official Chess problemists societies or commisions for Problem-chess or similar bodies.

In fact all private World championships outside of official World global bodies was short-lived or single-edition.

the results or the world championship 2024 have been published:

unbelievable success: imagine 27 new world champions in composing, aged from 11 to 23!
one single title for romania prevented from absolute dominance of one other country.
just take a look at all those splendid compositions.

perhaps it is time to forget the running wcci...
