Stronger piece, longer mate

Today, I wish to share of a most excellent concept.

Ralf Krätschmer, Die Schwalbe 10/2000, 2nd Prize
a) #2
b) +wNg7 #3
c) +wBg7 #4
d) +wRg7 #5
e) +wQg7 #6
(= 11+10 )

The answer can be found in P1399435.

As Tim Krabbe remarked in entry #141: "The stronger the piece, the longer the mate.""

I know of a Keym production that follows the same principle; P1108924.

Werner Keym, Die Welt 1999
Add wP, wN, wB, wE, or wQ on f7
Mate in #n moves
(= 9+6 )

More problem under this umbrella are welcome.
