I disagree.
In general (series)reflexmates or -stalemates should be published as helpmates or -stalemates with switched colors and rotated boards.
That's fairy economy: Avoid additional fairy stipulations if it's possible.
In this thread we are looking for the longest seriesmovers with black homebase. And we tried a lot of stipulations to build problems.
So there is no reason to exclude the section seriesreflexmates or -stalemates.
We can open another thread with white homebase. The longest serieshelpmates or -stalemates have been found already.

Another reason why ser-h with white homebase and ser-r with black homebase are different: In a ser-r=, there may be multiple black last moves (e.g. white's last move is a capture on d7, after which black stalemates with Sxd7/Bxd7/Qxd7/Kxd7, in a ser-h= that would be unacceptable.
