5th Youth Chess Composing Challenge (30.09.21)

The 5th Youth Chess Composing Challenge (for participants born 1998 and younger) is announced on the WFCC website:
https://www.wfcc.ch/5th-youth-chess-composing-challenge/
PDF announcement:
https://www.wfcc.ch/wp-content/uploads/5th-YCCC-Announcement.pdf
In Russian:
http://www.selivanov.world/newss/detail.php?ID=1567
----------
We've lost one YCCC edition in the corona year, but during the same time we've got a significant rise of interest for chess composition:
RUSSIA: Andrey Selivanov and Leonid Yarosh have been doing a great work to attract new composers.
INDIA: Satanick Mukhuty keeps advertising composing on a high level, on ChessBase, Facebook, etc.
ISRAEL: In his unique style, Gady Gosteff presented several young endgame composers (born 2004 and younger) on the same popular ChessBase website https://en.chessbase.com/post/emil-and-the-detectives-2
USA and CANADA: A rise of at least three promising U18 composers.
(James, I hope you will not miss the Section C at least!)
JAPAN: Tadashi Wakashima announced the first YCCC appearance of some young composers.
----------
Please, add to this list and help to spread the YCCC around the world!
AZERBAIJAN: There have to be some more U23 composers in this big chess country, a part from Azer Abassov (1999).
ARMENIA: No connections to chess composition?
CHINA: ???
NETHERLANDS: Once, I invited to YCCC the brothers Van Foreest, who tried composing, but they've gone too far in OTB chess :)
POLAND: It's time for some young solvers to start composing!
UKRAINE: Someone else, a part from Andrii Sergiienko (2001)?
----------
Don't miss the fact the Section C is open to all the genres this year!

In India we have Prag U-17 and Karthikeyan U-21. Both GMs and composers. But too busy with OTB and ratings.

Azerbaijan will be attended by Samir Almammadov, the son of the famous composer and solver Araz Almammadov. Samir has already published the first problem in the last issue SG. Araz and I are preparing Samir for chess creativity. He is 14.

Kenan and James, thanks for your support!

Many thanks to Yochanan, who took part in announcing 5th YCCC in the ARVES website (http://www.arves.org/arves/index.php/en/);
in the ChessBase website (https://en.chessbase.com/post/youth-chess-composing-challenge - special thanks to Frederic Friedel!);
and "in a couple of crowded FB pages of chess composition".

Of course, Julia was the one who created the announcement, designed it, and posted it on WFCC, but then also on JF (https://juliasfairies.com/).
Fairies included this time!

And Andrey was the fastest to translate it in Russian and to offer it to the growing army of his students.

Please, use these sources and keep popularising YCCC!

In France, we have the forum France-Echecs (https://www.france-echecs.com/), where some information can be relayed.
The problem section is not very reactive, but it shows we are here and sometimes it attracts someone.
Benjamin Defromont participated to ISC and RIFACE in 2020; and tried his hand at 11th WCCT.
He started working on 5th YCCC.

It will be great to have a participant from France!
We have already two new names in our YCCC project: Samir Almammadov (Azerbaijan, born 2007) and Elazar Saadia (Israel, born 2006).

The last day for sending the entries.
The YCCC map has been happily extending: Azerbaijan, Canada, France, India, Israel, Japan, Romania, Russia (five different regions), Serbia, Ukraine, Vietnam ...
Still waiting for James to add USA to the list.

True, but you missed the chance to be the first participant from USA this year!
Someone was one hour faster :)

Award made, the comments and diagrams for comparison, contributed by 10(!) different judges, still in the process of compiling and writing.
