Gravity & Hover in Popeye?

Since "epic" only meagerly describes the Gravity Grid chess platformer,
here is a request:

a) Define "gravity" as a condition. After a move, everything not nailed
shut falls down to its lowest point. There might be cascades, but this
seems no coding problem to me, since the order on lines doesn't matter.
It suffices to check "Is there still something that can fall, if no,
go to next step" before everything else and do this check after each move.
b) Define "hover" as a piece property, anything hovering will not be checked.
c) It might be necessary to change the goal to "capture the king" but
I bet this can be hotwired (by an "aim square" goal on the king square
maybe?).

This should suffice to check most* GG levels: Black has the condition
"only moves when capturing" which is already implemented (or so
I think - Schachzickzack?).

* The GG rotate field only causes nausea anyway :-)

Github has this nifty feature called 'issues'. And Thomas has made a tag 'feature-request' for the issues.
