It's also working in my mobile phone, but isn't working on two my PC. In both of them the webpage stopped working on the same day. It shows a spinning wheel and "Starting...", but never finishes loading. Of course, the one who can read this question, has not this problem, but I know people, who also cannot see the webpage on their PC. |

QUOTE It shows a spinning wheel and "Starting..."
Did you try to skip this page and go directly to
http://www.matplus.net/start.php ? |

Yes, I tried. In this case it doesn't show “Starting...”, but start.php returns no result (I see a
spinning wheel only). If I enter an incorrect address (e.g., http://www.matplus.net/start1.php), it
shows error message (The requested URL /start1.php was not found on this server).
The website does not allow to download any file (e.g., PDF) even with a direct link. |

Viktoras, try to log out and log in again (alternatively, just log out) in some other computer which has access to MatPlus website and then make some transition to the website from 'problem computer'
One more way: remove MatPlus cookies in browser settings on 'problem computer' Before doing that remember your registration data. |

Vitaly, I tried login/logout on other computer, tried using different browsers, clearing cache, but nothing helps. Because this problem occurs not on a single computer, I think it is not a computer problem, but something goes wrong on the MatPlus server. |

Viktoras,
To be sure that it is Mat Plus website problem, please try to open the website (on 'problem computer'), using some tool which changes user's IP-address, for instance 360 Turbo-VPN or Tor-browser.
If the problem will disappear then it could be related to IP restrictions on Mat Plus server.
Then we should ask website administrator to check restrictions in .htaccess file or in the server configuration. |
