how to contact volodimir melnikov


mr. ricardo franceschini of argentina would like to get in direct contact with the ukraininan composer volodimir melnikov (born on 24 nov 1957) and asked me to help him with that.

is there anybody knowing mr. melnikov's mailing address or email?
