Since there's no change, it seems hacked at a first glimpse. However, in the archives http://web.archive.org/web/20071223005421/http://www.problemista.pl/ I find a link to that market-az website already so it might be that they took over the website in some way or always owned it.

This backup is too old (last from 23.12.2007). Fortunately I downloaded earlier all issues of "Problemista" and other e-books from this website.
