This I had prepared for an upcoming article:
(= 10+9 )
1...Kf5 1.Bg2!
(= 10+9 )
1.Qa4? 1.Qa8!
Totally overshadowed by Michel's fantastic setting,
but not shitty enough to just trash them :-) |

Hauke, you must search in albrecht for "doppelschach6" or "doppelschach7" and so on.
with 7 = A.C. White, Les Tours de Force, 1906 |

@Udo:
All the first entries were *Black* double checks.
Or "sekundäreDoppelschachparade". (Which I can't "NOT away" since
that's implemented only on SchwalbePDB. Or can I?) The Petrovic task of
8 double checks is not found with "Doppelschach" at all. Coda:
The Albrecht collection is a great thing, but if I start
making search feature requests, your lifetime wouldn't be enough
to deal with them all :-) But we could begin with an AI amending
thematic keywords - of course the Petrovic (113.702) is listed,
just not with keyword Doppelschach! And in the White (83825),
the magic word is Doppelschachmatt7! That's why I never, EVER
rely on the blank output of a search.
In any case, now I know that with "Doppelschachmatt" I get
just the right amount to scan. THX, this was helpful for my
upcoming article. |
