Now I can't log in there anymore. However, loading a backup from two hours ago works fine. What's can cause the problem?
(Please don't say I shouldn't log off! I was logged off automatically after deleting those cookies but I kept the two from MatPlus.net! Also, Internet Explorer worked.)
Anyone else had this bug? Password and Username were correct, I had sent a password reminder.
PS: After some testing, I found it's not a bug of the software but somehow my cookies.txt file must've become corrupted. I loaded the backup I made and copied the working file to the profile. Now it works again.
PPS: If you want, I can send my cookie file, MiVel! | | (2) Posted by David Knezevic [Tuesday, Oct 23, 2007 12:40] |

I am afraid it would not be helpful - you're over-estimating my skills :) | | (3) Posted by Sarah Hornecker [Wednesday, Jan 16, 2008 05:37] | #Ok, it seems this happens sometimes when Windows hangs up while Firefox is running. Don't ask me why, it must be some kind of overseeing by the programmers of Firefox.
And it is highly annoying to not be able to log in, even when deleting the old cookies.txt file. It's a firefox bug, though, so I don't think you can do much about it. Internet Explorer doesn't seem to have that kind of problems. :-( | | No more posts |
