Can anyone tell me which are the correct names of this Danish composer:

Wilhelm or Vilhelm ?

Ropke or Röpke ?

Vilhelm Røpke.

My certainty here is 95%, so you may wish to ask someone like Henrik Juel to verify with absolute certainty.

It looks like there's no Ö in Danish:

I cannot say for sure in this case, but Vilhelm Røpke definitely looks like the correct Danish way to spell it. The letter ø only exists in Danish and Norwegian, but it is equivalent to the German o with two dots, so it is often given like that, or simply with an o, in international sources. I have the same issue with my surname.

Thanks to all. I had forgotten that the DSK has a website!

Thanks for the correction.
My set of alphabet blocks was remarkably incomplete. :)

My intuition said to trust Steven.
But, there's good lessons in making such blunders.
