Blathy's monster is cooked-but where?

It should come as no suprise that Blathy's monster #292 is cooked, but where is the flaw in it?

(= 10+12 )

Tim Krabbe wrote, roughly translated from Dutch, this-"a mate in 292, which was later shown to be illegal (could not have arisen from the initial rank), and even worse, that White was able to mate in just 190 moves. -https://timkr.home.xs4all.nl/admag/lang1.htm

In an old Google Forum-https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/rec.games.chess.misc/7yQD4Z3QCxs/pH4JYZ6sibsJ-I found this bit by Anders Thulin-"Blathy's 292-mover (unless he created several) was cooked in 1903 or so in a prize cooking competition - it turned out to be a 180-mover instead."

I have found mention of a prize of 100 crowns to reduce the solution by at least 10 moves in the October, 1900 edition of the British Chess Magazine on page 422 that was a reprint of information from the April/May paper of Wiener Schachzeitung on page 95 of the Volume 3 edition. Looking at the Wiener source, as far as I can decipher, it said it would give any sent in solutions in the January 1, 1901 issue (the deadline was October 1, 1900), but I found no shorter solutions in the Volume 4 that has it.

British Magazine-https://books.google.com/booksid=GplJAAAAYAAJ&pg=PA472&lpg=PA472&dq=blathy+292+%22cook%22&source=bl&ots=7S7klUvGMZ&sig=ACfU3U13DsdRTYyS9LwrTbasLJMunoF4fQ&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj3-u-mn53qAhVRZc0KHWirCLIQ6AEwAnoECAUQAQ#v=snippet&q=Blathy&f=false

Wiener 1900-https://books.google.com/books?id=vyQCAAAAYAAJ&q=winer#v=onepage&q=Bl%C3%A1thy&f=false

Wiener 1901-https://books.google.com/books?id=lRUKAAAAIAAJ&dq=editions:nRUq41-5TKwC&source=gbs_navlinks_s

But no where have I been able to find the actual short solution itself.

Who knows it, or more relevant research?

The only proposed and plausbile given shorter solution I've seen is this one in 179 moves, a little bit shorter than the number of moves the above mentioned 1903 cook had, by chess.com user by Ericacea- https://www.chess.com/blog/Ericacea/worlds-longest-chess-problem-shortened-a-bit- in which Black's h8 knight is captured on move 23 insted of move 137 as in Blathy's solution.
