Indeed, c6 is no way to mate White, so after 1.Kc8, the queen is out of play and only serves to cover c7 and prevent White's king from hiding on the queenside. Instead Black can only delay the restart by checking as much as possible. Thus:

1.Kc8 Rh8+ 2.Kd7 Rh7+ 3.Ke8 Rh8+ 4.Kf7 Rh7+ 5.Kg8 (On 5...Rd7, Black threatens a perpetual, but White just plays 6.Kf8!) Nf6+ 6.Kf8 Nd7+ 7.Ke8 Nf6+ 8.Kd8 and now Black must return to block the h-pawn with 8...Nh5. This series of checks repeats itself over and over, giving White time to play 9.Bg1 17.Rh2 25.Rg2 33.Bh2 41.Rg1 49.Re1 57.Re2 65.Rc2 73.Rc1 81.Ra1 89.Ra3 and now that White threatens to take on b3, Black takes out the last checks with 96.Kd8 Rh8+ 97. Ke7 Ng8+ 98.Kf7 Nh6+ 99.Kg7 and 100.restart.

Since no one has offered one with castling, here's a simple scheme. Even though it doesn't as a restart in the rules, who says we can't have fun with this? :)

Restart In 5 (Dualistic)
(= 3+1 )

One possible solution-1. Ng6 Kc2 2. Nf4 Kb2 3. Nd3+ Kc2 4. Nb2 Kc3 5. O-O-O
