Where to put the white Queen?

Following Milan's example, here is a light position with a missing :
(= 3+3 )

Where can you put the to have a mate in two ?

At the glance (5 minutes) it looks to be on e4. Maybe there is another good place and I need more time to analyze it. So, solution is 1.Qe2!
But there are no any changed mates that I am expecting to find in this position.

Branislav has very quickly found the position and solution (well done!)
He has pointed out exactly what I noticed when solving this twomover by F.H.Singer (The Problemist 1987):
a) the play is the same after the key
b)in the set play, White has no answer after 1...a2/d1, which is a very good clue for the solver.
Is it possible, with this same matrix, to find some changed play?
