As far as I can count, all possible weakenings are shown.
It seems that the only theoretical "improvement" provided
that we agree to derive two subtypes from "unguard",
could be this:

replace the BPf7 with WPd6 and WPe6 and then
1... Qe5 = "expose"
1... Qb7 = "decoy"

Not quite, I think. Let's look up my scheme from a yet unpublished article on
the theme:
Cols ABCD: Move bK moves from, bK moves to, bX moves from, bX moves to (X not K)
Rows 1234: Effect b force loss, w force gain, b mass loss, w mass gain
A1 flight loss, K unguard
B1 direct selfpin
C1 unguard
D1 indirect selfpin
A2 w unpin
B2 walk into discovered check
C2 w unpin
D2 -
A3 -
B3 interference
C3 half-pin
D3 interference, block
A4 w line opening
B4 interference unpin
C4 w line opening
D4 decoy

So no, there aren't all errors shown (which is of course impossible).
And no, you already forgot the difference between a deflection (Qb7)
and a decoy (Qe5) I already explained on RebNora :-) (Your suggestion
is valid, though, especially as the black motives are a bit different.
Too bad Qe5 is guard in addition to check. I already hacked up another
problem with 5 different motives and 5 different errors combined, but
I refuse to publish it outside the article for the sake of mankind :-)
