black cannot capture

does Popeye support the above condition, and if so, what is the command for it?

quick follow up. is there a version of the condition "noblackcapture" that provides Black the opportunity to capture if it is needed to stop checkmate? (as in many other conditions?)

is there a popeye file that explains the rules of the many conditions that are set out?

The version of "NoBlackCapture" used by WinChloe (called "Les Noirs ne capturent que s'ils y sont contraints") actually works in the way you require (Black can't capture if he can move without capturing). However it is unrealistic to expect any solving program to allow for every conceivable variation of a condition.

As far as I'm aware there is no Popeye file that explains the rules of the fairy conditions it supports.
