Circe history

For Wikipedia it would be nice to have a few sources about the history of Circe chess. There was the article about it created yesterday on German one but the author himself says the article is - easily said - not the best one.

So please can anyone send me sources on:
- The original publication of Circe condition by J. Monréal
- The original publication of related conditions
- The history of Circe in chess composition
- Anything else that might be useful

Feel free to send via e-mail if you want to remain anonymous. ;-)

Over the years, there's been quite a bit about this in "The Problemist" - most recently by John Rice in 2008 (Circe's 40th anniversary!).

I only have limited money so I can't subscribe to every high-level magazine. I chose a few, but Problemist sadly is not among it (it would however be the next, probably).

Maybe someone can send me the article?
