ISC results

Several local controllers have already entered the results in the Mat Plus list. Only those local controllers who are acting for the first time should address new administrator of the Mat Plus website Borislav Gadjanski to get the permission to enter the results in the Mat Plus list. He prepared the system to function again, and now it is your move.

Now everyone may follow the results of both categories in Headlines.

Same problem for me, I can't enter the results. I remember checking my access some time ago and entering the results last year. Strange.

If you are the local controller for the first time, you should use the Mat Plus Notes to inform the Administrator. Then, you should follow the Instructions, right above, bellow your user name. It's not difficult, and you can always edit all the data.

The study by Didukh (nr. 10) is an original and it has not been revealed among the problems and solutions on MatPlus website. Is it permitted to publish it on websites and/or magazines? (Every participant has it and it will surely be published somewhere.)

I think the composer should decide on that, so you want to ask Sergiy about it.

According to the Codex Article 20 - (3):
(3) A chess composition which is first published according to paragraph (2) (b) above is entitled to priority from the date of that publication and is also eligible to compete in any composing tournament within the next two years.

Publishing originals from solving tournaments doesn't mean first publication if author decides to publish it elsewhere.

Do not miss the fact that (for my opinion) it is great honor for the author if some original problem or study would be matter of solving on the competition, especially for ISC. So, if some problem/study will appear twice as original, author could get twice satisfaction. Even more if this problem will be reproduced in various places.

I see in the results tables that those at the bottom with zero points are ranked by time.
Isn't it the case that zero points is always given the maximum time.

There's a difference between zero points (incorrect solution) and no points (no solution). You can get zero points in 1 minute by writing down nonsense.

Yes, Neal is certainly right.
Quotation from WCSC rules (http://www.wfcc.ch/1999-2012/wcsc/):
...
11.3. A solver with 0 (zero) points in a round scores the full time for this round.

ISC doesn't follow the WCSC rules (see e.g. rule 1.2).

Mistake. Aleksey Solovchuk rating is 2503 instead of 2095.

Solovchuk, Arvidov and Kurilenko should be corrected
