In the example 2, whether the threat and the variation 1...Bxe3 2.Qf3+ are not thematic? If not why?

It's not very clear in the english text of the announcement:
'-.. in order to checkmate Black King after HE would capture this piece/pawn..-'
HE refers to the Black King.

Yes, of course. I think it's obvious. Whom else the word "he" can define in the sentence?!
But ok, I already fixed the announcement:
...White actively or passively sacrificed a piece/pawn in order to checkmate after Black King would capture this piece/pawn.

In English, the pieces are usually referred to as «it,» not «he» or «she.» In the original sentence, I would have thought «he» referred to Black, and not specifically Black’s king. The new sentence looks clear.
