WFCCTM - Help Needed

For last couple of years I developed a new tool for managing solving tournaments WFCCTM. I did presentation of this tool at congress in Belgrade in August 2016. Since then the tool has been improved significantly. Thanks a lot to Axel Steinbrink and Roland Ott who put a lots of their time in helping me testing and designing new features.

This tool is free and if you are a tournament director please ping me or Roland Ott to get an access to this tool. Currently there is a GUI in English, German and Serbian languages. I am looking for volunteers in helping me translating tool for other languages. I will appreciate if there are volunteers willing to help me. Since tool is free for everyone there is no money involved. There are about 270 phrases to translate from English or German (Excel spreadsheet). Based on the number of tournaments and solvers I think it's very important to translate this tool to Russian language.

This tool has been used at many tournaments: ECSC in Athens, WCSC in Belgrade, ISC 2017 (partially). As of this year the tool is official tool for rating calculation. Here are the features that this tool currently supports:

- It contains the full database of all solvers
- The tournament director just selects existing solvers from the list of solvers and only adds a new solvers
- There are various predefined templates for all possible formats of the tournaments
- There is an advanced GUI for entering points. It's optimized so that there is a minimum of effort to enter points. Tool remembers all already entered point combinations for the problem and offers shortcut buttons for entering points for other solvers. Also tool do auto insertion of decimal point if decimal points are entered (for example you enter 125 and tool automatically converts it to 1.25 points)
- As soon as all points are entered the ratings are instantly calculated (if rated tournament). Program automatically calculates tournament coefficient.
- At the team competitions (like ECSC & WCSC) tool automatically calculates team rankings.
- Tool supports all possible type of reports: individual/team standings, problems difficulty, norms gained etc.
- World Solving Cup points are automatically calculated (both tournament and general standings points)
- The tool has special feature for maintaining of multi location ISC type tournaments. The central director creates tournament and distributes files to local controllers. Then he collects results from remote locations and creates reports. This feature has been used for all three categories of ISC 2017 tournament. This year not all local controllers were using tool but idea is that one day everyone uses a tool and that results are calculated sooner.

If you are willing to help me translate this tool to your language please contact me by sending me note through MatPlus forum or email me at miodrag1964@gmail.com

Thanks in advance for your help.

As of today there is a support for French GUI too. Lots of thanks to Alain Biénabe for helping me create French version so quickly. I am still looking for a help for other languages (Russian, Polish etc.).

If you are a tournament director and you'd like to use this tool please contact me and I'll provide you with information how to get the latest version of the tool.

I have no one GM norm, which I received in the ECSC-Open-UKR-Kyiv-2012. It can be seen here: http://en.perspectiva.info/images/stories/chess/8ecsc2012/open_tourney/documents_Open_Kiev_Final_Table_edited.pdf
