Although it will be in the spirit of the previous ones, there will be an important change that will be explained at the start.

There are five stipulations that can be used, but not Parry. I thought about including it in the previous tournament, but after testing a few problems, it seemed if I remember well that it took too long to C+ validate them.
Maybe I choose the wrong "test" problems, in that case my mistake. Those tournaments demand a relatively high certainty that the problems are correct in a rapid way.
All that said, the latest tournament may prove "problematic" in that sense, as the main idea forces many pieces cooperation, which is not ideal for testing programs. Thus there will probably be non C+ problems, and so including the Parry familly may have been ok after all from that perspective.
Nevertheless there are some important differences between the Parry series and non Parry series, thus not sure they can be used together in the same categories for those type of tournaments. Probably the non Parry's would have quite an advantage (I may be wrong).
Thinking about it as I write now this post, maybe a good idea is indeed to open a new category only for Parry series problems, following the exact same idea. Thus five mirror stipulations given, but for Parry only. Should be very interesting too.
As it is just the beginning of the tournament, I do not see a problem with this. And the participants probably won't either.

Parry Series do have some strategic advantages, but testing will be longer (unit-for-unit, move-for-move) compared to normal series. Best to keep them separate here, as you suggest.
