Menachem Witztum 70 Challenge Tourney

To mark the 70th birthday of Menachem Witztum a composing tourney with a challenging theme is announced.
An orthodox H#2 is required with the following theme that comprises two elements:
1. On black’s first move (B1) the black piece makes an anticipatory interference of the black piece making black’s second move (B2).
2. On white’s first move (W1) the white piece makes either an interference of black piece moving on B1 or an anticipatory interference of the black piece that will move on B2.

Judge: Menachem Witztum

Prize: Prize 1st - 150€, Prize 2nd - 100€, Prize 3rd - 50€

Entries should be submitted to Emanuel Navon by email: emanuel.navon@gmail.com
Submission deadline: September 2, 2022.

Dept "Information nobody needs to know":

As a German, I automatically recognize the "Witz" (which nowadays means
almost only "joke", but in English it has retained its old meaning "wit").
Alas, in reality it's a contraction of "vicedominus" (a deputy).
So happy birthday Menachem, and may your problems be full of wit!

Is the second solution in example 3 thematic? In my opinion 1.- Bc6 is interference of actual line regardless if black rook is on f6 or d6.

I agree with Michal. The 1...Bc6 is just the interference move and not the anticipary move at all. So the second solution in the third example is in my opinion non-thematic.

I suppose that similar argument applies for 1...Be6 in the second solution of first example also. Be6 is a simple (not anticipatory) interference of BQ whether or it is on h6 or f6.

And what about first solution of second example?? Same question.

Perhaps something is wrong with the writing of the theme

Following the comments here the theme definition was changed, dropping the need for "anticipatory" interferences.

1. On black’s first move (B1) the black piece makes an interference of the black piece making black’s second move (B2).
2. On white’s first move (W1) the white piece makes an interference of black piece moving on B1 or B2.
