the only orthodox, directmate #2 extant which features double reciprocal change
1.where there is a threat in the solution, i.e. a non-waiter?
2.the four thematic defenses include a non-king flight move?
3.there is no twinning?

if you want to fulfill all 3 conditions in a single diagram, then the answer is probably yes.
btw, the part 1 of my series of articles discusses exactly this theme (see "pat a mat" 78, 3.2012). the only "tricky" similar example is no. 853 in the mentioned article, but there are 4 threats and separating defences a la fleck. plus one promoted bishop.
