Velimirovic/Valtonen Encyclopedia (by Mejnun and Rauf).
Dear chessfriends, do you know for some other examples?

combination) | | (2) Posted by Frank Richter [Tuesday, Dec 3, 2019 12:39] | Please check

#27009 is this database has a wrong definition, the correct one being
Constantian Nowotny (theme named after the city of Constanța in Romania).
The Constantian Nowotny theme is a combination of Azerbaijanian Nowotny
and Rukhlis type of change.
The right solution to #27009 should be like this:
Set: 1...Bxc2 2.bxc4#,1...Rh4 (g5) 2.Rg5#.
1.Sc~(a4,d7)?-2.Qd4&Qf5#,1...e3!
1.Sxe4! -2.Qd4&Qf5#,
1...Bxe4 2.bxc4#,1...Rxe4 2.Rg5#.
Also the dual shown after 1...Kxe4 has no meaning, as this move doesn't stop the threat. | | (5) Posted by Dragan Stojnić [Wednesday, Dec 4, 2019 15:21] | My original with new interesting presentation the Azerbaijan Novotny theme you can see on superproblem.ru (problem A 207).
No anticipation among 43 examples from post by Frank (thanks to him) | | No more posts |
