ISC 2019

I think in the problems of ISC 2019 is error in No. 11 in category 1, probably Se7 should be white?

And the same report on the "official place" - http://fide.com/component/content/article/4-tournaments/11426-2nd-fujairah-endurance-chess-solving-championship-2019.html
I believe, it's a very good promotion for us, the report contains many links to wfcc.ch

Dear Indian friends,
In the quoted publication of our report on the FIDE website you can find a bit of the history; the preparations and lectures (in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Dubai and Fujairah); problems, solutions, many photos, and some suggestions for the future.
Another nice report was published on the German edition of the Chess Base website.
The whole story began some year and half ago, when people in the Fujairah Chess & Culture Club understood solving chess problems could help their kids developing their skills in the OTB play. The Serbian GM Igor Miladinović (ex U20 World Champion, working there as a trainer) had contacted me that time and we started planning inclusion of UAE into WFCC, the shapes of the competition 2019 itself, and ideas for the future events.
In spite of Sunday being a working day in UAE (Saturday would be a much better option in the future), there were 113 participants from 23 countries (13 of them never took part in international solving competitions), including 11 OTB GMs and some of the best solvers and composers in the world.
Of course, the key-word was the Prize fund, but the level of the organization proved to be exceptional, too.
As about Indian solvers concretely (I counted 17 of them, mostly kids), they looked so impressively bright and interested for Chess composition!

UAE joining WFCC is interesting. Maybe a potential future WCCC at Fujairah? We could also attend from India!

UAE has not joined WFCC. That piece of information included in the report is misleading.

Yes, joining ISC is only the first step for UAE to join our community.
As far as I know, UAE will officially apply for WFCC membership on time for the WCCCC 2019.

Thanks Harry. So while India is otherwise eligible we cannot join as we do not attend meeting.
