Fourfold line interference

If there are two white and one black piece on a line,
a capture in the line may lead to a pin mate.
(matrix: Ba1 Nb2 Pc3 - Qd4 Ke5, Qxc3 Nc4#)
Likewise, if there are two black and one white, by withdrawal
(matrix: Ba1 Nb2 - Pc3 Qd4 Ke5, Pc2 Nc4#)

Consequently, a 2# try theme would be a bad interference for
the 4th time. (In the example matrix, there is no space :-)

Do you have an offhand example (before I pester Udo as usual or
construct it myself)? Maybe it even has a theme name?
