Missing mutate

Can anyone help me trace a problem which I saw recently but omitted to take a note of (and now I've forgotten where I saw it)?

The problem is a two-move mutate showing a changed Grimshaw, and, I think, two other changes. The black king is on e5, with black rook and bishop on h4 and h3. There are set mates 2.Rf5 and 2.Bf4, replaced by queen mates on the same squares. The key probably gives a flight at e4 to motivate the changes.

Premature senility is a terrible affliction...

A search in WinChloe gave only the following example, according to the information you provided.

Gunnar Rehn
Tidskrift for Schack 1944
(= 10+6 )
#2

Key: 1.Qf2!

Thank you Kostas.
