The first move by black (B1) interferes a white line, or captures a white piece, in order to unguard a distant flight A for the black King. The black King plays in both the second move (B2) and the third move (B3) to reach the thematic square A. Multiple solutions, tries and twins are allowed. Zero-position and fairy pieces are not allowed.
A question:
Must the white piece which is interfered with already be on the thematic line in the starting position, or can it move on to the line in the course of the solution? (The wording implies that it must already be on the line, but it's worth clarifying). | | (2) Posted by Administrator [Sunday, Mar 22, 2009 23:09] | The question has been forwarded to the tourney judge. | | (3) Posted by Administrator [Monday, Mar 23, 2009 03:00] | The clarification by the judge Živko Janevski:
Anticipatory closing of thematic line is allowed. Also, closing of masked white line is allowed (consequently, a capture of masked white line-mover should also be allowed - Admin). | | No more posts |
