Well, it is a copyright infringement if they fail to mention the author, so the right owners can feel free to sue. |

The worst example is by Dimitrije Bjelica (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dimitrije_Bjelica). I remember that about 20 years ago he was showing very known endgames as his own games on our national TV at that time ("TV Politika"). I did call TV station to complain but nothing could be done. To be worst he published thousands of books so I am sure they are full of lies. |

We had the same issue with magazine Europa Rochade, but after a massive complaint they now write the author's names everywhere. |
