5 year MPF site jubilee prize report anyone?
Hi,
can someone direct me to the mentioned prize report (since I'm evidently
too stoopid to find it in the DL Archive)?

As far as I remember there was never a final report.

So by convention we can assume the preliminary report to have become final after at most 2 years.
