Proposal for the site I have a proposal:
Create a section called "Beginners" where people like me will be able to freely set their questions. The existence of such section will separate beginner stuff from higher-quality discussion of expert members. |

I don't think this is necessary. A "Beginners" corner
I see only as a last resort against a MP overrun by hordes of
clueless n00bs. But MP isn't 4chan - we have no hordes,
we indeed have only overlookable traffic at all, and the n00bs
aren't clueless either. So why do you want to put yourself
lower than you are? ;-)

Because I have too many questions and I want to justify that :-) |

Then a "users help users" thing would be better. :-) |

Hi. It is better to contact with some good composers (for example by email, facebook, chat etc.) and you can receive answers to your questions and more help. Many my chess composer friends helped another "beginers", even I do it with some "new" composers which ask me usually about selfmates and fairies... But actually the "beginers" in our art are very few... If I can help you somehow - will be glad to do it, just contact by email dkostadinov@abv.bg or by chat room in my site http://kobulchess.com |

Just start a thread "Questions from a beginner" and put your questions in it and you would have started your section !! |
