Autumn 2009 issues mailing delayed


Many subscribers become worried because these issues, published one month ago, haven't reach you yet. This information should have been given earlier - my apologies for forgetting to do it. The reason for delay is the combination of three events which occured in succession:

1) I didn't have time to mail the magazines before the Rio Congress (2 weeks delay)
2) When I came back I had a bad cold - fortunately not a swine flu! (1 additional week delay)
3) When I finally mailed the magazines the part of Serbian Post Office was on strike (more delay)

As I received my first mail yesterday, after some 10 days of finding the empty mailbox, I assume that the strike was over and that the envelopes are at last on their way to you.
